Okay, you guys missed a lot so here's the quick summary: my depression prescriptions weren't working so we had to get new ones I got another shrink I cracked my head open accidently knifed myself in the stomach almost broke an arm my back and my neck....oh and kiko stabbed me and I started actually started participating in gym and had a blast i got to run around and get rid of all the adrenaline that I've been fighting back it was awesome and I got into the habit of playing video games to exercise my hands so they've stopped shaking as much and I'm eating twice a day now....and I'm PRETTY sure that's the basics XP...hehehe at least I can say my life's never boring,dudes!lol not being safe is SO fun xD
