So, since there is a convention coming to the state I live in (second ever! WHOO! we tiny new mexicans are so happy we're getting noticed, NYAR!) that I would actually attend this one. Of course, I have to get my grades up and blah blah blah. BUT! I totally had the most brilliant cosplay idea EVER. And I looked it up to see if anyone had done this character before, and NOPE! I shall give him love!
Now, you maybe wondering why I'm not just telling you who I am, already. Well, that's because I'm too excited and feel like savoring this moment of genius-ness....

Ah. Anyways! My cosplay is: VOLVAGIA! That's right, for all you Zelda nerdoes (Me! totally!) I'm going to do my best to make a human-like Volvagia cosplay.
Its not easy. I'm going to make a mask, copying those bird mask styles, but adding horns to it (it's going to be heavy, since I'll probably have to use clay. Paper Mache is too... Egh, not right) and I'm going to my local Wal*Mart to look for an orange girly-ish t-shirt (I'm a girl, so really. It's my protective scales, lol) and then add a black fishnet long sleeve shirt over that. If I can swing orange armwarmers then that'll be there too. I'm not sure what to fo for claws, yet, other than grow out my fingernails like I'm already doing. And fake fingernails are so uncomfortable.
Next, I will try to obtain orange skinny jeans, and so far, have not been able to find any *sigh*... So if I can't find orange, then I'll settle for red.
I'm still not sure what I should do for the shoes... I was thinking boots, but I don't think my mom wants to purchase another pair of knee-highs just so I can spray paint them to look like fieary scales. I wouldn't, if I were her. Other than that, I have no idea. sigh, again.
I'm trying to draw out a rough sketch of what it should look like, the costume I mean. My skills are a bit out of it, because I haven't been allowed to draw for a while (I've been grounded to the extreme).
Not sure if I should try to do a tail or not... eh.
But... Isn't it totally genius? Who would have thought to cosplay as Volvagia? ME!
