Squeezed into this narrow world
My heart slowly crumbled to dust
Inside the cold, prison-like walls
We licked each others' plucked wings
It's abused enough to be funny
That freedom and equality,
That innocent youth dared to speak of
Is a free world really nothing more than a fantasy?
Scream out your sorrow
From the depths of your soul
With open eyes
I can see the shadow song that the light sings
And fear the the absurdity of this world will devour me
There is an end to destiny
But the transmigration of life is endless
Take off these handcuffs
Smash them up
Bite through the gag and scream
Scream into this maelstrom of color
The madman laughs at the people squeezing fact into narrow shoes
Tell of the strangeness of it all
Until the day breaks
