Title: A Perfect Day(Worth While)

You awake to another crappy day.
yet to the given
circumstances, as you look next
to you to witness her
beauty, the grogginess seems
irrelevant.
So as you get up to leave work,
you stop.
Gazing back at her, doubting the
relationship even exists, as
perfect as it is.
Reluctantly you ease into the shower
and out the door. Kissing her
goodbye as a keepsake.
The day drags on, itching to
get back to your perfect woman,
as the one chance to escape reveals itself,
you rush out to see her smile.
Her smile brightens your day. Lifts
your spirits.
Then as you kiss her, she kisses
you, at that moment, you say to
yourself, "This is all worth while."
You can confirm this
by waking up during the day to her
luminescent beauty, to the
touch of her lips and to warmth
of her body as you sleep.
Any day with her is a Perfect Day.
