Can’t begin to explain
Everything is too strange
Annoyed with the frustration
Lost with the pain.
You’ve caused this hurt.
Words grow through all
Yet don’t do enough justice.
Wondering where to begin
In this garden of lies.
Break down the wicker gate
Weeded to this place
And yet, you still can’t cut the rose.
Thorn blood induced
The pain you’ve caused.
Dripping from hand to ground
Bleeding away with it.
When will you explain?
Innocence smudging the air
Wondering where to begin
Where to sew first,
Thorn blood induced.
By elimination of one
Cause all to cease.
Said it could be explained
You’ve broken down the wicker gate
And yet now have left me to cry.
Everything is always so strange.
