Well, 2008 is almost over. I figured it was finally time for a journal update. I might not get another chance this year.... lol
I found a great guy to be with, managed to hit it hard in an amazing band, and even got some amazing friends I know I can love for eternity. Life can't get any better, can it? It could, if I would do good in school for once. lol Never gonna happen. I'm happy, though. I have a plan that will work out, and if it doesn't then oh well. I'll at least know I tried, and that's better than anything else in the world. Maybe, someday, in someway, my dreams will really come true. A life on the road, touring as I sing my heart out, with my husband by my side. And when I have kids, a nice little home where it gets warm in the summer and still snows in the winter. That'd be paradise for me. It will be paradise, someday. If I want it, I'll get it. I know it. And someday, I will be on stage, singing my heart out and dancing along with the music like I should be. I was bron to be in music.
Life is about living. The meaning of life is meaningless if you don't experience all you can while breathing. Everyone's meaning of life is different, and we have to find it out for ourselves. I'm having a moment here, I know, but I just realised this. To live is to live, to die is to die, but neither means anythign if you don't do it your own way. Live as you want to. In whichever way makes you happiest. No one can change you if you don't give permission, no one can make you love them, and no one can hold you back even if they wanted to. Life is for living. So take it and run with it, before you lose it.
