Entwined
Heart beats faster,
Body begins to shake,
Shortening of breath,
More than I can take.
Just like a drug,
Being inflicted,
Can't get enough,
Seems I'm addicted.
Feeling the contact,
Her hand on mine,
So close to each other,
Sends shivers down my spine.
Mind is unstable,
Reason unclear,
So hard to think,
When she is near.
No need to ponder,
I've made up my mind,
Our paths came as one,
And now we're entwined.
