left to her own broken heart
trying to fight back the tears
trying to escape her fears
feeling the chill up and down her spine
trying to convince her heart that all will be fine
fallen angel walking the ground
left to reclaim her heart
get back her pride
earn her wings
so that she can fly
she closes her eyes
dreams awhile
back to when she use to smile
back to when she use to love
back to when she lived
but its like she is dying
like she failed herself somehow
she raises her head up to the sky
