The anxiety just builds up and up and up, until it manifests itself physically in you. Your legs shake, your heart races, you feel clausterphobic your breathing is somewhat erratic. But what bothers you the most is that the reason for this sudden pressure is unkown. You rack your mind trying to figure out what is in that bottle inside waiting to errupt. You go over multiple things...well it could be this and it could be that, or both...but that mystery in itself is overwhelming and stuffs itself into that bottle. you try to figure out what you can do to relieve the pressure but without the known cause there is no treatment and that frustration of not being able to calm down just adds to the explosive mix.
