Deep Blue is a mysterious leader who guides the Cyniclons in their quest to take over earth.

Chimera Animals are the creatures that the aliens send out to attack the Mew Mews. They can be created by sending a jellyfish-like parasite thing into an animal or by taking a human's spirit and fusing the parasite and spirit together. Note that this picture is only one kind of Chimera Animal; the form changes depending on what was fused with the parasite.
