Keiichiro is one of the owners of Cafe Mew Mew, the place where the girls work at, and also the secret headquarters of Tokyo Mew Mew. He helped Ryou with the Mew Project after Ryou's parents died.
Keiichiro is kind, and very good at creating new cakes and sweets for the cafe.
Wesley is the other team leader for the Mew Mew project. He is 17 and is much more refined with the girls. Wesley is a true gentleman who is kind and always impresses the Mew Mews. He has excellent taste and etiquette.

Ryou was the one that did the work on the Mew Project along with Keiichiro after his parents' death. They were the ones that chose each girl to get Red Data Animal DNA implanted into them, and gave them their lockets.
Ryou is a genious, and he also lived in America as a child. He is often rude and demanding of Ichigo, but can also turn around and be very nice to her. He seems mysterious in some ways, though...
Elliott is one of the Mew Mew Project team leaders. He is 16 and a little rough around the edges. He can be rude sometimes but overall he is dedicated to Zoey and the Mew Mew project.

Masha is the name Ichigo gave to Ryou's R2000 robot, naming him after Masaya. He can detect Chimera Animals and when the aliens are near. He can also eat the jellyfish-like creatures that the aliens use to create Chimera Animals. He is very protective of Ichigo.
Mini Mew is a Model R2000 computer who can detect Predasites. He warns the Mew Mews when danger is near. He is pink and fluffy.

Kishu is the first alien to appear. He uses an assortment of Chimera Animals, including the kind made from human spirits. His weapons are two swords, one in each hand. He first sees Ichigo as a cute toy and wants her, but later discovers he has fallen in love with her, much to the anger of the other aliens.
He is evil and conniving and always trying to defeat the Mew Mews. Only problem is that he has a crush on Zoey!

Pie is the most serious of the aliens, and is sent out with Tart to help Kishu destroy the Mew Mew and conquer Earth. His weapon is a fan that can create wind and lightning. He also makes an assortment of Chimera Animals, though it seems he doesn't make them as often as the other two aliens do. He is also very smart, using computers and thinking over his plans before going into action.
He is the oldest, most reserved member of the Cyniclons. Sardon is a deep thinker who specializes in data analysis and strategy.

Tart seems to be the yougest of the three aliens, but he hates being called a kid. He is also the most playful. He controls plant-like Chimera Animals, and has a click-clack toy for a weapon. Pudding wants to become friends with him, and he seems to act nice to her (although against his will)
He is the youngest and loudest member of the Cyniclons. Tarb specializes in Plant Predasites.
