So, I'm sure that by now everyone has seen This thread. And while I fully understand the removing of glitches...because, well, they are glitches and shouldn't have happened in the first place. I'm very dissapointed that it sounds like they won't be taking the time to fix the zombie/sootface avatars, which were NOT glitches, but rather remnants of an event. It was sorta like having an item from the event, nothing else.
I'm dissapointed that while they will be "systematically"* re-saving avatars, they will not use this system to fix those that lost their event-based avatars.
I'm grumpy over this. It's dumb. I never had anything against the glitched avatars, though I will admit the naked ones were getting out of hand. But still...wtf?
Yeah, that about sums up my feelings on the matter.
*Not sure what they mean by this. Will it be done by a computer, hand-done by the mods? Either way, they could totally use this time to restore the zombies/sootfaces.
