Today has been a good day.
And yesterday was pretty shnazzy, too.
Yesterday, I was trying to buy alot Casino Tickets for really cheap in the Marketplace, and this one guy kept outbidding me right after I'd make a bid. I was getting kind of annoyed, so I decided to look up who it was in the memberlist. Lo and behold, when I clicked his name, his profile page was all wonky! So I went and checked mine, and it was the same. I decided to make a thread about it in the GCD. It seemed like a new feature, so they'd want to know about it first.
I was the first person to make a thread about it. :3
Since I found it well before they made the announcement, some people were leaving comments in my profile to congratulate me. xD It was great. My five seconds of fame~
Not to mention that the new profiles are pretty neat, but feel a bit cluttered.
Then today, I was generally feeling good. Mr. Voos was gone so we had a sub. I can't stand Mr. Voos, and I feel like I actually learned somthing in that class. :'D The sub made me feel like I was doing somthing right, instead of being wrong all the time. It's nice to have a teacher that seems like a human being. xD I caught on really fast in math, and I feel like I'm breezing through Pre-AP English. I know I'm failing pretty much all of my classes, but it's because I don't turn in my work. I'm trying to get over this habit, and it's something where I have to hit rock bottom before I can start getting better.
I think I'll be at rock bottom when I get the grounding of a lifetime for having so many F's on my progress report tomorrow. :3
We had corned beef for dinner. I LOVE corned beef!~ I was considering having some tomato soup afterwards to just make a great meal and finish off my day on a happy note, but I ate too much during dinner. xD I love tomato soup!~
I was happy to hear the announcement today about a plot update. It's going on right now, and may I just say: Boys with long hair have always been hot. xD
I made another topic in the GCD, something relating to the plot update, but more just plot updates in general. It was a 'talk about yourself' type of thread, and those are always popular. xD I thought it would be a flop! I met a guy who missed every single event that's ever happened on Gaia, and he joined back in '03. All he had to show for it was a white and a black Olympic T-shirt his friend gave him. I offered him a baloon, and didn't expect such a reaction! 4laugh
I entered myself into an art contest a couple days back. I hope I win!~ x3
