God called home two angels this week, today a beautiful young Mother , age 16 Stephine Renee Phelps ( 4/4/1992 - 11/20/200 cool and her beautiful baby daughter , age 3 1/2 months , Katherine
Renee Phelps Pulsifer (8/2/2008 - 11/18/200 cool will be laid to rest. Life ended for them in a whirl of pain and terror. while driving down a road on a cold Texas sunshine filled morning. There is no way or reason to point and place blame. All that is left are the memories of the light they brought into our lives for such a brief time. So many are left with hearts full of pain and regret, when if Steph could speak , she would say , remember me with love and a smile , hold each other close and share the happy memories of all I shared with each of you. To all of us left behind, we will always wonder why did she have to leave so soon, why did baby Kath never have the chance to walk in the sunshine. Maybe someday we will be told the reasons when we join them both in heaven. In thier memory I leave the following few words as Steph would have wished.
May I go now?
Don't you think the time is right?
May I say goodbye to pain-filled days and endless lonely nights?
I've lived my life and tried my best, an example I tried to be.
Can I take the step beyond and set my spirit free?
I didn't want to go at first, I faught with all my might!
But something seems to draw me now to a warm and loving light.
I want to go! I really do! It's difficult to stay.
But I will try as best as I can to live just one more day____
To give you time to let me go and share your love and fears.
I know you are sad and afraid because I see the tears.
I'll not be far, I promise that, and hope you'll always know
that my spirit will be close to you wherever you may go.
Thank you for loving me. You know I loved you too.
That's why it's so hard to say goodbye and end this life with you.
So hold me now, just one more time, and let me hear you say
Because you care so much for me, you'll let me go today.
