If you could turn back time for one moment
Just for one moment in your life
What would you change?
Would you go back and change every moment that went wrong?
Would you change yourself or would you try to change others or even the world?
If you could turn back time for one moment.
What would you fix?
Would you use that chance to go back and undo the fight you had with your parents?
Would you even go back and try to keep that special someone from disappearing or would you try to fix the way people view you or how you view the world?
If you could turn back time for one moment, just for one moment.
What would you keep?
What event would you be willing to re-live?
Would you go back and re-live the time you spent at school, with your friends or with someone you cared for? Or would you return to that special moment in time and try to make it last forever?
If you could turn back time for one moment.
Just for one moment.
If you were to accept the powers of change.
The ability to freeze time and make everything last forever.
Would you take it?
If I was offered that kind of chance.
That kind of power.
To go back and set things right.
To change the world.
To change myself.
I don't think I would take it.
I think I would rather have things stay the way they are.
To keep the bad and good aspects of life.
To keep those moments, to keep my friends, to keep me.
Because it's our life's mistakes that shape who we are today
