So here's the deal. At church today, I learned the difference between love and infatuation.
Love:
*patient
*kind
*trusting
*understanding
*passes the test of time
*passes the test of circumstances
Infatuation:
*Tries to change the other person
*impatient
Infatuation is when you simply like the other person. Never use the phrase "I love you" lightly. Did you know that 50% of the American population either marries the wrong person or is the wrong person for their spouse?
Next time you think about whether that special person is right for you, instead, think about whether YOU are the right person.
