My cousin Jessie and her boyfriend Josh have been living in my old house for a while now.
Dads renting it to them for $400 a month.

Just recently the city decited they're going to forclose on the house.
So everything we wanted had to be taken out.
And, Jessie and Josh left a huge white cat there.
And it s**t EVERYWHERE.

So dad let it out of the house.
And it ran away.

And they left a fridge there.
Its a total heap of junk, but dad figured itd be worth enough money since they didn't pay rent.

So, dad gets a voice mail on his cell today.
Its from Josh.
He's threatening my dad with lawsuits and just a whole bunch of bullshit.

Its really dumb.
