All of the thing that you want me to be
But I don’t want to be any of those things.
You say you know who I should be
Yet you don’t even know the true me
Not this mask I have for you to see.
The me I have deep inside
Hidden from your eyes
Knowing what you despise.
I stand in front of you
As you say I will not do
Because I’m not like you.
All I can say is that I can’t wait for the day
To break this roll I have played
Till that day when I say
Look in the mirror tell me who I see
None of the things that you want me to be.
