	Random bouts of insecurity is entirely normal and as many assume, and tell younger generations, normal. It is entirely healthy to look at yourself in a different light and give yourself a verbal beating. Most people do it. Just as many care about appearance and their selfworth. I can not say much more for I haven't the slightest what the specifics of your "bout" was so I shall now end this. Or maybe after I finish this paragraph as to not cause it to look as though I skimped out in my writing and left you hanging.
