i didnt panic
today i saw a man get shot, i mean he was shot in the face by a real gun, and i was less then 10ft away. i saw it happen, he walked in front of the gun, i saw the mussel blast and i saw him fall. looking back i see everything leading up to it, and i could have stoped it, i should have. i was the one who made everyone go out today. he was shooting in the wrong direction, i should have told him to shoot at the other targets like everyone else, i didnt. i saw the bullet enter his lip and the blood pour out. i didnt panic, i controlled my adrenaline and i made sure the girls where fine (one of them passed out in my arms, the other stoped breathing and went into a full panic attack) and got them in the car so we could follow dad to the er, there they told us the bullet entered his lip, tore through his teeth, broke his jaw (probly fragmented on impact with the bone) and exited his left cheek. that means that if he was 3 inches forward, about .05 of a second later, the bullet probly would have hit his brain stem and killed him instantly. my ears are still ringing and my stomach is still turning, but i never panicked
