As a note, maybe they should turn GCD's discription to "b***h here! Please!!" Because that's what people seem to do.
For weeks it was hype about towns, then the bitching of them not being out. After the testers were picked, they bitched about that. Now that towns are KIND OF OUT.... they won't shut the ******** up about it being boring, or a ripoff. The admin did something for them... they need to step the ******** off and see that the admin never promised something HUGE AND GREAT! They put out towns. They are now testing towns YET AGAIN to make sure it can hold up on this site. I think for them to even do this, with no charge on the site... is something.
Please, do me a favor... take a step back and look at what the admin have done for us over the past 2 and a half +some years. This started out as a small project... Now its HUGE! ******** huge. The dedicate their time and effort to this site and most of what I ever see it bitching about it. And I'm not even a reg in Q&A and Site Feedback, I can only guess what they're getting at this time.
Maybe I'm just pissed off still from being cussed out by someone on the phone at work today. All I was trying to do was help them, and their family. I'm sorry they were already in our system. Gosh. Don't cuss me out for doing my job.
I mean, I at least get paid a weekly paycheck... the admin run this site off of donations... and if they get money from that, whatever, better for them. D: Let the admin do their job, let the mods do their job... and just be users. Enjoy or don't enjoy, but don't call it a ripoff, or a waste of your time. Don't b***h when a mod moves your thread to the CORRECT FORUM. If you need to, be like me and post it in your journal.
If you have honest beef with the site, go to the correct forum and do something about it. Stop asking how to use towns in GCD... stop saying it sucks. Go to the Q&A and Feedback. God. Just because you stick the word "Discuss" on to the end of a post doesn't make it GCD worthy.

Other than that nice long rant, my day was kind of... blah. Got yelled at... got blessed a few times. ( I swear, I have been blessed enough to purge me of all of my sins. XD ) At one point I had to put someone on hold for a few min because I broke down crying... The servers were down half of the time so it took about 30 min just ot finnish one call... at one point it took an hour.... so I just broke down after the person cussed me out, and I wasn't ready for the next person... so I said calmly to them: "Thank you for calling the American Red cross, My name is Amanda. Would you please hold for one moment while I get myself together?" Then shoved them on hold and lost it. ( But not loudly or I would have disturbed the other people on the phones. ) I got over it, and moved on... but then I got nagged about my dog the moment I got home and have just now been able to have a few moments to myself.

Hope work goes a little better for you next time... and the GCD will get back to normal shortly. Once the huge hype wears off towns. You just must grin, bare it, and re-direct them to the towns subforum.
