Blackjade Town
New trainers begin here. The Professor's lab is located here.
Blackjade Beach
The beach. Its sand has a black tint to it. There's a small cave there.
Flaremount City
This bustling city features the first gym, which uses Fire types, and the first contest hall.
The Babbling Brook
A small inn between Flaremount City and Dewgrass Valley, equipped with a Pokemart and a Pokecenter.
Dewgrass Valley
A rainy town with a bike shop, a Daycare center, and a Grass/Bug-type gym.
Cycling Route
A large cycling route that goes over Dewgrass Lake, and ends near Twilight Cape.
Dewgrass Lake
A large lake. It's said that deep within an underground cave lies an air pocket filled with crystals.
Twilight Cape
A small city on a cape with a contest hall and a Ghost/Dark-type gym. The clouds make it seem like it's always twilight.
The Dragon Shrine
Smack in the middle, the Dragon Shrine is said to have once housed a mysterious dormant Pokemon deep underground.
Karmic Villa
In this small city, there are many clairvoyants, including the gymleader, who specializes in Psychic Pokemon.
Echo Canyons
In this range of canyons, it's said that if you yell into it, the swarm of Chatot nesting near the bottom will echo only what your echo says.
Canyon Ridge
The small town next to the Echo Canyons. It features another contest hall and the fifth gym—the Rock/Ground-type gym.
The Lost Mountain Range
Like its region, this mountain range isn't actually lost. You must pass through these mountains to get to the other side of the region.
The Dojo
Here, teachers (senseis) teach their students fighting techniques, along with their Pokemon.
Abandoned Mansion
There's a rumor going around that the owner's ghost still lives there, scaring away those who attempt to disrespect it or his grave.
Haunted Graveyard
It's a seemingly-haunted graveyard. "Don't disrespect my grave or you will pay!" is scrawled on each grave.
The Factory
Both Electric-type and Steel-type Pokemon are found here, working with their owners.
The City of Ruins
The final gym, which is a Dragon-type gym, is located here. It is said that there are ruins of an ancient city deep underneath this one.
Metropolis
The largest city in the Lost Region, Metropolis houses both the third contest hall and the Grand Festival. The Battle Tower resides here as well.
Victory Road
The huge labyrinth cave that leads to the Pokemon League.
Pokemon League
Here, you face the Elite Four, and the Pokemon League champion.
