4 years, an adventure This Friday will be the anniversary of my modship, 4 years. The novelty wore off long ago. To all those that filled out applications and think modding will be the greatest thing ever, try talking to a mod, get there take. Then decide whether you want to be the whipping boy of the users and the trash to the staff, trust me, there will always be someone out there ready to do it when you become jaded. To those that claim they can do it a lot better than the current mods, remember that there is always someone waiting in line to claim that they can do it better than you. Don't believe me, tough cookies cause that be the truth. I suppose you could say I'm jaded. There is nothing worth modding for. We are disrespected by staff and users alike at every turn, most of the time we are secondary to the users, we keep things clean and still don't mean anything. Or... maybe I'm just ready to wash my hands of this s**t, I have better things to do, something to think about...

	I can clearly see that it's probably not the best thing to aspire to. Long standing moderators, such as yourself or Anlina, or just observing can tell one that's it not something that it used to be or that it ever will be. However, that's not going to stop me from at least trying. Someone's got to do it and I can get a few months in before I move on to greater things. I'll decide when I return if its worth continuing. domokun

	Druki, it is definitely not what it used to be. That is both good and bad but the bad tends to outweigh the good. I'm glad though that it won't stop you from trying. I know I say these things, but encourage people to take it with a grain of salt as my mood recently has been less than stellar. Thanks Phoe, seeing other mods responses really helps with the thought process. Of all the people, they understand the best. counter hugs heart

	I dunno. I've been toying with the idea of stepping down for the past 3 months now, and depending on how things go I may finally do it, but I promised some people that I'd at least try to stick around for 2 more weeks. Last Change: 1300+ days
