The Demon's Halo
~Prolouge~
"Dawn...." Damu whispered looking down at her. He missed her. But he was happier in Heaven, he didn't understand why he still had his demon name still though. Dawn was laughing, with her friend Prise. Damu sighed deeply.
"Why are you upset Damu?" Someone asked, Damu turned to see the Almighty One.
"I miss Dawn. I want to talk to her. And I want to know why I havn't recieved my angelic name yet?" Damu asked.
"You havn't shown you are worthy enough to recive an angelic name yet Damu."
The Almighty One said.
"How do I prove myself then?" Damu asked.
There was a long silence, as Damu turned to what the Almighty One was looking at.
"You see that girl?"
"Yes. That is Dawn."
"Yes, Dawn." the Almighty One whispered.
"What about her?"
"She may be in danger soon."
Damu's heart gave a squeeze.
"What do you mean?"
"Damu, you are one of the many few demons that were able to become angels. I take it Sin didn't like it, for you were one of his favorites, were you not?"
Damu was silent.
"Yeah, but what does that have to do with Dawn in trouble?"
"Sin is angry that one of his best demons is with me now, and he knows that it's because of Dawn, you ended up here. For revenge Sin is sending demons after Dawn, to kill her and make her a demon in your place."
"They can't do that! Not to Dawn! I won't let them! Please, isn't there anyway I can help her?!" Damu asked.
"Yes. There is."
"Tell me!"
"I can reincarnate you on Earth and you can protect her from the demons that way."
"But, reincarnation usually means rebirth, I'll be too young."
"Not all the time Damu. I can revive you at the age you are now. You will still have the powers of an angel, but you will look like a normal human boy."
"Do it then, I have to protect Dawn." Damu said.
"And if you succeed this, you will recieve your angelic name."
the Almighty One smiled down at Damu. "Good luck Damu."

"He's waking up!" A voice gasped.
Damu opened his eyes to see doctors standing over him with scalples in there hands.
Damu sat up with a gasp. He was in a stretcher.
"He's alive?!" A doctor gasped.
"Where am I?" Damu whispered.
"In....a morg...... you've been dead for a year, we were about to do an autopsy on you..." a female doctor said nervously.
"Who am I?" Damu asked.
"Um..... Your name is Darian." The guy doctor said with distant eyes.
"Darian? It's alright, I guess." Damu thought.
"Alright, my names Darian now then!" Darian said.
He stood up and ran otu of the room.
"Now, to find Dawn..... and some clothes." Darian thought.
