So! Crappy week is over. I slept on it for a couple days, and finally managed to get enough junk on my computer that I can surf the internet smoothly without having to get a new pluggin every two pages. I've finally managed to go over my schedule for the next schoolyear without having a complete brainfart in the middle, and found that I don't have any electives I signed up for. Instead I got the whole '3rd period' fiasco. It's all because of tis one special class I signed up for that required me to take other classes. And all of those classes can only be in certain periods, which they are. So my schedule was completely locked-in, save for that one special period. My guess is that anybody else that took the special class as well as a foreign language got this problem, or, at least, they should have. My friend Rae should have the exact same schedule as I do, but maybe different teachers, and it seems likely that she ran into this problem as well. I haven't talked to her, though, so I dunno. > _>

But just in case I'm a special case, I've decided to sic my dad on the school and bark at them untill it's right. domokun I shouldn't have to be taking elective classes I never signed up for. But it'll take alot of barking, I've seen the way my school handles parents. They just disregard everything they say, and treat the parents like they're worthless. It can be nerve racking, and it keeps the parents from fighting too hard. But my dad's strong, and he'll be able to at least make a dent.

I hope. gonk I don't fit in with the Leadership crowd. Do I strike as the kind of person that plans school dances? No. And that's pretty much what Leadership is all about.

Offa school and onto another major topic in my life: Art! x3 Oh yes, just like in those museums.
I've decided I want to start drawing surrealism. I've always loved the style, but I could never really draw it. I always needed things to either be symmetrical, or true-to-life. This is what happens when your mother is an engineer. D: Also, my artwork is just too close to anime. Alot of people probably consider it to be so, but it doesn't seem like it to me. I just think of it as a simplified way of drawing people and animals, and I've always drawn eyes big because I have trouble drawing them realisicly, as well as drawing proper faces.

But I'd still like to learn realism. There's just something more stunning about being able to properly shade a figure than there is to being able to draw out the defining lines of it. Of course, there's no problem with wanting to learn realism, I can always meld that into surrealism. I can still study drawing realistic objects, but I'll have to break away from drawing people. Ah, I'm kinda babbling. sweatdrop

Anyhow, if things go well, I'll finally be able to think miles away from the box, and in no possible way resemble another person. I so badly want to be unique, and I guess I'll start with my art.
Because my hairstylist woud kill me if I asked her to dye my hair three different colors.

One more thing! From now on, if I misspell something in my journal, or misuse a phrase, or somthing of that sort, I don't want it pointed out to me. =3 This journal is for me, and not you. I'm just letting you in on the fun.

But, Leams, you are already unique. Everyone is in there on little way. No matter what how close something you do resembles someone else's work, it is still unique.
