Ah yes, another little story to tell. Prepar yourselves...

The five of them went into town and, low-and-behold, there was the assasin. Luckily enough, they all had their hoods up so that the assasin nor anyone else would know who they were. The assasin was talking to the shipmaster and the guy had called the assasin Hunter. *shrugs* After the assasin left, Leanna and the group went to buy a new keel boat...though to was a tad battered...they got it for 1000 off. To fix the boat up, they next went to a store to buy extra supplies and whatnot...when the assasin comes in yet again with a group of others (warrior, mage, cleric, etc.). He seemed like a normal guy when he wasn't at Leanna's throat. She kept her hood down so he couldn't see her...she didn't want to fight him with a normal sword...but he seemed to know it was her anyway when he kicked her in the chest, knocking her over...yay. ~-~

A fight broke out right there and Leanna nearly passed out from all the blows recieved from the assasin...but before she could get back up, the guy had run off...-again-. stressed Instead, she got to fight the warrior who drank some kind of potion to make himself half-dragon or whatever. He then procided to throw Leanna onto an eight-story building and fight her there. She eventually killed him just as Duncon finished climbing the stairs to get to her. The assasin was gone.

Just as the five of them regrouped...they got surrounded by the guard, their weapons taken, then thrown into the dungeons. gonk They stayed there overnight then were taken out...and to the slave blocks. stressed Leanna got separated from the others because she was female. She was stripped bare (yes...butt-a** naked ~-~) and chained, by her neck, to a heavy solid block. She could still see the others, though, and saw Reese get taken away by orcs while Bulvie and Duncon got taken by the shipmaster to become ore-men (rowers). Then some noble from the nearby kingdom walked over to the females and bought four of them...including Leanna. She could only glare as they pulled her along. When getting to the kingdom, they were thrown into the slave quarters and given outfits to wear...little see-through-ish jingling barely-there dancing outfits. gonk Leanna just stared at it and asked what the hell it was. The slavemaster threatened her with his whip if she didn't put it on. Sinse she wasn't ready for trouble she just put it on and moved away to the only window there because she heard shouting and cheering.

Outside two men were fighting in the mud, many many people around them watching. One stood out to her...the blonde man who seemed to continually get beaten by the other. The blonde tried using a spell on the other but he was quickly shot down. He called the blonde a half-breed and soon the match was over...as was Leanna's source of entertainment. She sighed and looked back at the tiny room, muttering how she wished she were out there fighting as well. The other girls gave her strange looks and told her that they now had a place to sleep and food to eat. Leanna just shook her head and said she'd rather by out fighting.

The slavemaster then came back and took them away, saying that they will dance for the king (Leanna dance? o-O). He told them that the one who continually fell behind in the dance would be beaten and chained up to sleep. Leanna thought about that for a moment, trying to figure out which she'd rather have...but wasn't given much time as the music started. Talk about embarassing... Leanna did ok, though, and it took all she had to keep still when the slavemaster started beating on one of the others. She was infuriated at this but she couldn't really do anything. She had no weapon and if she struck out, she'd be killed.

Before she could be lead back to the slave quaters, a man walked up to the slavemaster and whispered something in his ear while passing him gold. This was the same guy who had been fighting the blonde man not long ago. Before Leanna could move, the man grabbed her arm and drug her away...to his room. He pushed her inside, closing the door behind them and told her to strip down. gonk She just stood there and refused though the guy had other plans. He had bought her services and insisted on getting them. "I don't do 'services'..." stare He then proceeded to tackle her down, ripping her top off in the process...then she kicked him, her hit her, she kicked again and rolled away, putting the table between them (no weapon, remember?). The guy then grabbed his sword but before he could attack, the blonde came in. He saw what was going on then proceeded to attack the guy he named Drake. He and the blonde, now with the name Nathan, faught and Nathan got him down...only long enough for him to grab Leanna's hand and run out. She wore his cloak as they went down to the armory...thus Leanna already felt better. She easily grabbed clothes, armor, and a sword and readied herself and Nathan did the same. Both wore helmets as the alarm went off and they left. They nearly got out but one of the guards recognized Nathan...then Leanna cut him in half (what? o-O He saved her; she saved him.). They then ran to her boat and took off.

Leanna refused to leave completely without her friends. She had no idea where Reese, Bulvie, and Duncon were taken but she figured Darian would be at the dragon's lair. They got to the spot then Leanna asked Nathan to cast his Water Breathing spell on her. It took her a while to convince him to do it (he refused, not wanting to send a fair maiden down there) but she finally broke him. When she got into the cave, Darian and Reese were there ( blaugh ). She gave them a short story of what happened so they would hurry up, smirking at the dancing and services part, then they finally left. The four of them rowed away...though without food and very little water.

After about eight days, they came to the coast where they were met Norsemen...who seemed like giants compaired to Leanna (she's 5' even and there were 7'-8' o-O). It didn't take too much for them to accept Leanna and her friends. They ate well...kinda since the food seemed disgusting when preparing. Northgar (the leader guy) then asked Leanna to join in with the story telling. She tried to think up a good adventure that could measure up to the others. He told her to tell the story of how she got the long scar of her face (they like scars). She kinda stopped and shook her head. She refused to tell that story then looked to Reese for ideas. He pointed to the scars on her arms and she told them the story of the messed-up house and the chain golum (hey, it left scars...that's all that matters). They went to bed.

The next day, Leanna talked to Northgar about finding her friends. Darian said he saw the ship there were on going north. Nargoth didn't think Leanna, being female and all, couldn't handle the rugged north. To prove her toughness, they sparred. Both got in a lot of hard hits but what amazed Nargoth was how strong Leanna really was. He had gotten a hold of her neck and lefted her off the ground rather high. Leanna slowly loosened his iron grip and pushed his arms apart enough for her to drop down with ease. Eventually he gave in and allowed her to come so that she and the others could find her two friends.

So they left and came across another group of barbarians...but Bulvie and Duncon weren't among the slaves. One slave did tell her, though, that the ones she sought had been sold early that day to another group going east. So they went east for about a week and found another group. This one wasn't so friendly, only interested in the slave trade when Northgar talked to the leader about trading. Leanna spotted Bulvie's back and pointed him out to Northgar. The other leader wanted to trade for Leanna...and Nargoth had to hold her back to keep her from attacking the man. Instead they finally agreed on 410 gold and the leader guy took Leanna over to the cage where Bulvie was. She then saw Duncon and bought him back for 475 gold. When the two were awoken and left go, they clinged to Leanna in thanks (^-^).

After rest and whatnot, Leanna and her friends left the tribe to go back south with the promise of Nargoth that he and his tribe would come to her aid if ever needed...she had earned it. They traveled for a while until they came to another city...a place that was all too familiar and painful to Leanna. This had been to place in which she was sent to get rid of the evil mage Gryous (so not spelled right xp ) with her husband. Guards had stopped them at one point but instantly backed off when they saw Leanna. They, too, called her General and led her and the others inside (Tom told me that she is called that because the King offered to make her General after Gryous was defeated but Leanna refused and went home, the title still remaining though.). After cleaning up they met with the king. He was surprised to see her, though, she really didn't wish to be there. He had good news. Gryous was caught and was now in the dungeons...calling out for Leanna. After leaving the king, Leanna went to the dungeons as the others went off elsewhere. All Gryous had to say to her was now things were complete with her arrival. With that waste of time, she left for dinner in which she listened to Nathan's story of who he was and whatnot.

They next morning, Leanna woke to alarms going off. Gryous had escapped and the king wanted Leanna to go after him...as she did before. ~-~ Not having much of a choice, she and the others went. After days of hard riding, they came to Gryous' tower where they fought two horned creatures and Gryous himself. Darian finally knocked him down with a few powerful spells and Gryous dropped the bag of runes he was carrying (those were what he was collecting before to gain more power and whatnot, etc.) Before Leanna could get the bag a portal opened and the masked mage (one of the enemies assosiated with the assasin) came through and took the bag, leaving before anyone could do anything. gonk Gryous cursed them and explained that the masked mage was the real enemy there and that the runes were going to cause havock if they didn't get them back. He then teamed up with Leanna and her friends...though none of them really wanted to team up like that...but they didn't have a choice if they wanted to stop the masked mage. Leanna didn't trust him and made it obvious. "Don't trust men after that, I see," he said, pointing to the scar on her face. With a harsh glare, she told him to drop it. They then left to gather to last rune down in the mines...a place where she and her husband had also been before...

@-@ Yesh...long...but oh so good. I can't wait to play again.
