Someone who’s always there
Someone who doesn’t really care
About your looks or what you like
Weather it be singing, dancing, or riding your bike

Someone to pat you on the back
Someone who’s really got the knack
To help and talk
Or maybe just walk

Someone who likes you for who you are
Someone who thinks that you can go far
They’re like a support for a bridge
And will never let you fall off the ridge

Someone who’s there when times are blue
And is always good to you
In you they see more
And will never shut the door

Someone who compliments all the time
And thinks you’re worth more than a dime
Someone to laugh with just for fun
And makes you feel like you’re not the only one

Forever faithful and loyal
‘cause friendship never does end
with you ‘till the spoil
that is a true friend

But,

Remember this, you who forget
They will stay with you, yet,
Will you be there?
As a group of four, or a pair?

Never take friends for granted
For friends are enchanted
Be with them forever, why?
They’ll take your broken wings and help you fly!
