This week has had a bit of eventfulness to it. On Friday I was ask by one of my Lectures to be a research assistant for his research for his PHD.
Then went to the movies on the weekend with my boyfriend, saw Unleased with Jet Li ?I totally enjoyed it, his fight scenes where amazing. I couldn?t get over how short he was though compared to Morgan Freeman. When they stood together Jet only came up to Morgan?s chest.
We went to dinner at a lovely restaurant/bar of Garden City (shopping complex in Brisbane). Mark had oysters for the first time ? and I got to enjoy them for the first time in a while. All in all it was a wonderful kid free evening.
On Sunday I found out that my cousin had gotten a tattoo. I almost gave her away to her father, because I didn?t know that he didn?t know about the tat, by asking her what it meant. Covered nicely by pretending I was talking about her shirt though.
Last night I had my first confrontation with my boyfriend since we?ve been going out, but it was all resolved quite quickly. Amazingly enough, it was over the amount of time I?ve been spending on the computer. Something I?m sure that girlfriends can sympathise with him about.
Started the research assistants job today, and it all seemed to go well.
