I can't believe people posted in my journal! It makes me happy! heart
Well, at any rate, I'll sleep well tonight! Yup! I got up this morning and ran a 5k race though a thunderstorm! I love running in the rain. heart I did exceptionally well and placed second to one of my own team mates in my age division.
And then after a long, hot shower, my parents took me to the Woodward Dream Cruise. It's a place where the have a ton of old cars (and some newer ones too) We walk for about two hours looking at all of the interesting things they did with motors and paint schemes. That's why I was there. To find a sweet color to paint my 1966 Pontiac Star Chief! I love that car. Ya know, it was only 1 of 500 made that year! Sweetness! But anyways.....

The rain is nothing short of beautiful, even if I might feel a bit odd saying that word. Running in the rain is fun, as is swimming in the rain. Once again, you place well in a race, and I get to hear the good news when I'm almost dead asleep!
