Chapter Two (Cont.)

Real life was getting more distant with every passing moment. Wendy could only dream a bit and be numbed by the rest.

Wind smiled, brushing her face against his. He licked her face like a puppy. Wind laughed, and pounced on his back. He sighed happily.
"Wendy. Wendy?"

Wind rubbed his back, massaging all the stress away. He calmed down.
"I'm so glad you're mine." he wispered.

"Wendy? You're WAY pale. You okay?"

Wind... was his? No no no, he was hers, wasn't he? But it felt so RIGHT to belong to him. But she was the vampire, not him. She should be in control of-
He pressed a long kiss against her lips, holding her close.
No! This was wrong! She was in control, not him! She just had to regain a bit-
"You've already succumbed to me." he wispered softly. "Now, just let go, give in... Just-"

"WENDY!"
A soft kiss pulled her out of her daydream. She gasped for air.
"What? What happened?" she asked. Staring her in the face was Zombie. "Did you...?"
He blushed. "Yeah. But you weren't breathing!"
"But..."
"I don't know."
"Hey. Let's ditch school." Zombie suggested.
"Sure."
