I just recently (2 days ago) got back from Huangshan. What is Huangshan you ask? It means "Yellow Mountain" in chinese. So I assume your getting that I hiked...a LOT.
I spent only 3 days there. But a lot was done in those 3 days. Here I post what happened:
First Day: Hiked all over the place. Saw interesting rock formations. Stayed at a 3 Star hotel. My feet hurt SO bad.
Second Day: Went to jade valley and played with water. =3 Less walking, feet still hurt. Stayed in a 4 star hotel. But that hotel wasn't that great. whee
Thrid Day: Went to tours of old places over 400 years old. I sweat a lot. Took a train home.

Sarcasm in a Can
