My Comments:
I scan my pics directly and I do NOT use line art to enhance my drawings, not only is it tedious but it makes it look too dark. I prefer the softness of coloring directly from the pencil lines. I use Open Canvas 1.1 as a program for coloring, it takes me about 40-60 minutes to do a less detailed sketch like the first one, and about 2 hours to do a more detailed sketch.~ You can find LEGAL free downloads of Open Canvas 1.1 if you're willing to google it and look around for a reliable source~
