When I close my eyes I see a window
And see all I my never have
The life of the city plays itself out for me and all I do is watch.
A spectator to all reality.
I am awake
There is an incessant pain that lingers in my heart
I can not make it go away
So trivial are morals, yet they are like thorns in my sides.
A reflection of myself
It's too late to run, I'm so tired of stillness.
my destiny falls into the unending wait for freedom
So I am damned to eternity
