It was so fun! Salvaggio told me to go home after we got out XD I didn't. I didn't want to waste the gas. I'm glad I stayed ^_^ Marion made me a card, too ^^ She misspelled my name, but who doesn't? Rosalie and Lauren came up with all the reading bits between songs. I LOVED the one I got to read ^_^ "A dark night in a city that knows how to keep its secrets..." Color guard was AMAZING. I think choir did a decent job as well ^_^ I was very happy. I really wish we'd done the rainbow song. But oh well. It felt like everything was just perfect yesterday ^_^ I knew the juniors were plotting something!
The baby pictures thing was really cool. I guessed almost all of them. Victoria couldn't tell which one was me XD I don't look the same as I did when I was little.
I did not have fun driving home afterwards -.- I was going really slow b/c I'd never driven in the rain or dark in my car. All the sudden, this car comes by and splashed water up, not too high but high enough to scare me to death. I was visited by bitter thoughts about people with cars bigger than mine (aka everyone else out on the road, lol). Stupid big cars and SUVs and Jeeps and vans XP Getting off at Cleary, "Black Hole Sun" came on. I'm kinda glad it was dark and rainy b/c I was singing and dancing, as much as a person can in a car.
I was telling my mom about Salvaggio telling me to go home and her being at the concert. I told her Riggs was there too, and she said that his sidekick was there, too. hmph. That wasn't the greatest thing to say, but okay. well, as far as I'm concerned, she knows all she ever needs to know: we can get along at quiz bowl. Beyond that is dangerous waters.
I need to go study for civics. I'm going to Jazz Fest tomorrow all day (which is very unexpected and exciting!), so I can't go to ask Fihlman my questions >.> crap. maybe I can find someone who is going to ask for me. It's mostly the unit II stuff that I don't get.

I'm a little annoyed right now. Apparently, there was some amount of mix-up with the civics packets. I don't have a set of Unit I questions, one set of questions is missing 2 MC and the free response, and I have pd. 6's public policy questions along with mine (and one of my answers is wrong, go figure). I'm a little policy expert, but I know nothing about Constitutional underpinnings! ahhhhhhhh crying I wish I'd noticed that earlier! I started working on it yesterday, but I thought she had just put things out of order, not left out an entire unit!! And I can't go ask questions.
And if I want any credit, I have to get a 4 -.-
