Our local animal shelter (they, usually, run at the county level. ours does, as well) are not getting any money with a new budget going to work next month. They fired all of their employees and will no longer accept any animals as of the 29th of May. All of their current animals will be sent to rescues around the city from my understanding. I have no idea what will happen with strays and ferals.
Things here have not really changed that much. We decided to fix our seventeen year old car and keep it alive for another year. Things just didn't work out for buying a car this year. Maybe some sort of eco friendly car? Who knows. razz Maybe not.
I am getting closer to getting back to school. It's insanely nerve wracking. Math, pens, notebooks, film, paint, etc.!@!# AHHH!
I am reading Fight Club by Chuck Palahnuik and Marley and Me by some man whose name I cannot recall at this point in time. razz
I am playing Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror. I am kicking a**. Although, that's not saying much considering it is so much easier than Splinter Cell (not necessarily better, by any means).
