If anyone is wondering about what the rabbit is doing, I have the answer.

He is pounding mochi.
mochi is a japanese rice cake made of gutinous rice pounded into paste and molded into shape.

If anyone has played the game, you would see amaterasu doing gestures with his paw.
When pounding mochi, a second person must knead the mochi to rid it of lumps or air bubbles.

If anyone is wondering what the cat is doing, I have the answer.

He is climbing the wall.

In the game, a special technique called catwalk is used to climb walls by drawing a line from a special kabegami cat statue going up.

And the fish at the top? just cuz cats like fish.

i LOVE okami i have played the game before, ohh and i love the pic of amaterasu ( if thats the pic of the wolf i forgot the names lol)
