I gotta tell ya... I enjoy the English version of Crisis Core quite a bit. I mean, everything is basically the same except for the voices.

Zax's English voice is quite good. I still enjoy his Japanese VA more for the air of goofiness he brings to the character but his English VA has his good (read great) moments. Truthfully, I could go either way.

Aerith is OMG LOVE!!! Thank god they replaced Mena Suvari, she was so flat in Kingdom Hearts 2 I was worried they would bring her back and ******** this up. I cannot remember the name of the VA that they got, but she is very good. The casual cheerfulness she brings to the character is nice. She's no Maaya Sakamoto (I have a soft spot for her), but still damn good.

I'm not a big fan of Angeal's English VA. Some moments he is really good other times he is super flat sounding. I dunno if he is trying to play the character as super serious but it doesn't work for me.

I just got to the part where Cloud is introduced so I don't have much of an opinion yet. It is okay.

Genesis is good, I'm rather impressed with the VA. Gackt can still turn me into putty when he talks in the game but the English VA is still decent. I'm not a Gackt fan and I really don't give a flying ******** what others thought of him in the game, I still enjoyed listening to him.

Tseng's voice is oh so much love.
