So... I only have about three minutes here. I told myself I'd get off the computer at 2:40, but I probably won't. I have really bad self control, but I haven't gotten into trouble for it yet ('tis a very good thing). Why 2:40? My mom and sister went to the orthodontist's, and I think they'll be home by then. But with all the snow and ice we have, I think I can get away with 2:50....

It's really boring in the town I live in. We don't even have over 9,000 people living here... Instead of a stoplight, we have this light that blinks yellow to tell people to slow down. Our elementary school is falling apart, and people have voted down building a new one for 5 years. Our high school opened in 2000, and yet we get out all the time for bomb threats, fires, carbon monoxide leaks etc. etc. The only thing anyone ever talks about is stuff that happens in other towns. I can't wait to get out of here!
