Our unique culture, our way of life
Trembles, as if stabbed by a knife
For so many years we worked, we built
Only to have society crumble and wilt
Under fear, hate, evil, and bloodshed
We pretended, we denied, we lied and fled
The sea turns crimson, the sky turns black
It is boldness and courage we doth lack
We blend, camouflage, make no dent
In society's cruel and awful judgment
But some are different, some take a stand
They see the problems, the world they understand
They set out, far and wide
Willing to act, their fear they doth hide
Among rudeness, insults, isolation, and war
They stand tall, flourish, strengthen their being's core
Throughout the world they spread hope
And now, finally, the world does not mope
