Well that post card never came,
he never showed,
and my heart...crushed=(
even though

I should have known
how silly of me
but now I know not to trust you
your promises mean nothing,
just simple yet hurtful lies
just plain words
that mean nothing to you
but everything to me
though I should not worry
I will never hear them again
the way you have so willingly
I won't let it happen
