Statistics. Just got done catching up with the GD report queue backlog, which had remained untouched since about 5PM PST on Friday. It is now entirely up-to-date. That's about 64 hours of backlogged reports dealt with. I kept vague track of how many were done over a sample period. 11PM PST Friday - 11PM PST Saturday: 290 reports. 11PM PST Saturday - 11PM PST Sunday: 360 reports. Total reports for 48-hour weekend period: 650 reports. Of which total, ~25 Abuse/Harassment reports. Reports come in all the time, though the peak period seems to be around 4PM-12AM PST, with the peak period for trolls and forum invasions being around 9PM-1AM PST. And that's just for the weekend. This took me from around 9AM to around 4PM UK time to complete, and is why I've not been posting much today. - Zahir

	At the moment we're a bit short on GD mods - moderators still cruise the forums on the lookout for evildoers, and helpers are a great asset, but no one seems to be dealing specifically with reports. So I get to do them. xp Hopefully the lack-of-mods thing should be fixed very soon.

	wow, you respond very quickly. Ya, many people have been complaining about the mods....or lack there-of. Don't know if you ever skim through the SF but theres always at least one thread asking to "make more mods!! gonk hate hate" Can't wait to see the new recruits.

	Wow. You seriously deserve some cookies for that one, man. I guess that, with JS de-modded, you probably are] the only one handling reports with any form of dedication. xp Thanks for all of the hard work, on behalf of the GD.

	Strangely enough, that only wants me to have access to the report queue more, basically to make your load less. Thats the one thing about being a helper, you have to catch things as you see them, it would be good if there were two report buttons for a thread, one for misplaced, one for ToS violation type things. So helpers could have access to the first of those and make it easier for mods and helpers. Hmm, I might work on that proposal and suggest it to the higher ups some time down the line actually, although I imagine the majority of users would get confused, but it would at the very least help.

	I'm sorry for making so many reports...I miss moving them myself XP It becomes a game for me when the GD bores me though, "the how many misplaced threads that people are flaming haven't been reported" game. ^____^

	I have absolutely no objection to people reporting stuff if it's deserving - that's fantastic, it means I can find the crap and stomp it. What makes me sad is that it seems to be left to pile up most of the time unless I'm shovelling. sad Roll on the next mod rounds. xp
