Okay, I have nothing against tech support. Honest. But, imagine you just got home after spending a month and then some with rellies and you drove 4 hours to get home (and there, but that's not the point) and then you take out your laptop (computer, whatever) and you start playing around and coolness and you're thinking "finally, relaxation with no irritating what-how and hectic-ness" and then some CD f---s up your ROM and you can't play anything. No music, no CD games, no DVDs.
And then, next day, you go to call tech support (and wait a whole f---ing hour before you talk to someone) because you really want to fix the problem because it is totally disabling you and you can't take out your anger and frustration on the little evil people that you fight in Age of Mythology or try the new Harry Potter game even though you have heard that it sucks. But, tech support is in, like, India or something like that and you can't really understand what the guy on the other end of the phone line is saying to you and all you really want to do is scream and throw things at people because your ROM is being a piece of s---.
Anyway, so the tech support guy tells you, after you tell him the problem, to go and call tech service or whatever. So you call them and the lady asks you about your computer and the model and the serial number and all that great stuff and speaks to you in a condescending manner because you can't understand what she's asking you because she speaks really, really fast and keeps refering to you as "ma'am", through her nose.
And then she sends you to the friendly admin guy or something and he tries to run a few tests on your computer, but they don't work, proving you to be an incapable git and therefore you must send your computer in to be repared....which was what you wanted to do to begin with, because you already knew that your ROM was f---ed up and it needed to be replaced. But no, you had to go through three people (even though the last guy was nice and cool) to get the problem across.
So yeah, there's my rant of the day. I don't know, maybe the title should've been
