They still haven't set my name back to black, guess Locke must be busy as all hell. No worries, I guess I'll just abuse my authority until then, order all you teeming masses around. Hey, you.. Yeah, you.. with the face. Go get me cigarettes, beer, and a b*****b. I feel an itch coming on. A terrible need to piss in a q&a thread.
Really, it's all the lies that get to me. All the lies that we pass onto each other, and ourselves.. Every goddamn day. I guess it just builds up, like pus under a blister. Sometimes I wonder how we all don't just choke to death on it. All this festering crap we pass off to each other in the name of image. There's enough bullshit in the real world already; sickness, hate, war, bigotry.. Do we really need to throw all these lies on the pile, too?
Not only do we drown each other in lies, some of us drown ourselves in lies. We whore out our little personailty quirks at the drop of a hat, and tell ourselves bald-faced crap so we can keep feeling how we want to feel. Most of the time, it's bad. We beat ourselves to death with lies, bullshit, misinformation. I'm too short. I'm too fat. I'm too ugly. I'm too stupid. I'm not worth dating. I'm not worth loving. It gets so piled high, I wonder why we all don't collapse under the weight. How can we shoulder the weight of the world when we carry all this other trite, pointless, petty s**t with us? And why do we expect people to beleive us? Why do we get mad when they disagree with our lies?
This isn't me being bhudda. Not everyone is beutiful. not everyone is smart. Not everyone is fun to be with. Some people are. And when those people are so busy drowning themselves in s**t, that they never stop to see how it affects other people, it makes me want to scream. Cause' it's a harsh and cold world, things hurt, and we're always shivering. We try and huddle together for warmth, away from this nagging soul doubt. We share cigarettes and booze by our burning trashcan barrel. So, i'm just going to crouch here and watch this ride go by. There's good and pure ******** evil on this ticket, and all the same, I'm riding with you.
