	I think you start gaining those at level sixty so no. crying Saw the error report thread and it seems the game will probably glitch on you at that level too which makes it really suck if you spend the time playing only for it act up on you some time before and having to restart again to finally getting to that level and having it act up on you then. gonk Been playing it a lot and haven't had another weird glitch feast since that day I mentioned.
