I'm so stupid
Believing in cupid.
it's just plain crazy
as minds go hazy
as they've bought
the little thought.

I've learned my lesson
I'm not believing hun
my heart's not going to be blown
by something that i'm not shown
So, cupid, leave me alone
and go on home!

Life used to be carefree
as things passed by me
my heart buzzed
as thoughts fuzzed
with you i lay
where i wanted to stay

Then happy days
began turning away
changes appeared
as i had feared
we let our hands go
to become solo

Pain began
as we ran
hurt enveloped
as it developed
rain enthroned
as i have grown

Everytime i pray
because of everyday
no one even sees
through the dense trees
as i scream out
all about

My mind is numb
my heart is in a hum
but i'm okay
or will be someday
so go on home
and leave me alone

He's a complete fool
trying to be cool.
So, i'm trying to say, hence,
you can jump the fence
and get away
on that day

Since people get tricked
and then get flicked
I'm trying to
just warn you
to not be stupid
and believe in CUPID!
