I've found the weirdest things cleaning out my closet. I can remember most of it, of course, but it's when I clean out the pockets of my old jackets that I'm really surprised.
When I was little I was notorious for sticking things in my pockets, and never taking them back out. I loved putting rocks and sticks in my pockets. =3 In my little pink jacket, the same style of jackets I got for a good portion of my life, I found:
1 diamond earring with it's back
4 six sided dice
1 six sided die numbered 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64.

one cent canadian
1 plastic cheetah
1 stone necklace shaped like a turtle (that's where it went! ;__ wink
1 Pokemon card split down the middle so that it's front and back are separate
1 pencil
One pocket I had trouble cleaning out due to the fact that the sticks in it were giving me splinters
Dozens of blue wisdom beads from a broken bracelet
And quite alot of paper. Mostly notes from the second grade to the third grade. One I found particularly touching was a note from my best friend saying "Best Friends Forever" in a smiley-face shaped card. whee We're still best friends.
So that was my big ol' trip down Memory Lane. surprised I only kinda remember this stuff, but there are a few things that I remember vividly. Such as finding that Pokemon card in the rain at my bus stop. Or buying that turtle necklace with one of my friends as a sort of 'Friends Forever' symbol... I haven't talked to her in a year, but I did pretty good considering I've known her since Kindergarten. >__> The plastic cheetah is most likely something I got from my speech therapist for winning a game. And the Canadian coin is from when I went to Canada for a weekend.
I have no idea where those dice came from, but they look like my dad's. Won't he be surprised about the one numbered by doubles? XD
And to conclude this entry~
It's depressing hanging up some of my clothes in my closet. I'm used to opening my closet and seeing pink frilly dresses, or sweaters knitted with cats on them decorated with real bells. It's so weird seeing my black stuff in there among the dresses I can't bear to leave.
