Well now... I've been promoted not once, but twice in the last seven days. I now have benefits and I make a good deal more money. I'm also in a managerial position. Not that I want to manage anyone, but I like my job and this gives me more control overall. Oh yeah... I'm scheduled for a pay raise soon enough as well.  My employer rather rocks at recognizing hard work and effort. For that alone I'd consider sticking around if other, better paying offers came up.

I've got other things that I might like to post some other time, but for now... I'll end with the promotion.
