.hack//Talon :: Prologue
Hyotoko awoke to the sound of his computer chiming. He rose from his bed and walked over to the wooden desk where his PC sat. Taking a seat at the desk he saw a notification icon on screen.
"Alright! It's done!" Hyotoko shouted as he closed the icon window and brought up ALTIMIT OS. Overnight he had downloaded the latest version of 'The World' an MMORPG which his friends had told him about. He ran 'The World' and began character setup.
"Hmmm. Let's see." He began as he looked at the screen. "Class? I'll be a pole arm." Hyotoko continued setup and clicked the finish button, but an error message came up 'PLEASE ENTER A CHARACTER NAME'. "Oh, I almost forgot." Hyotoko said to himself. "Lemme think. How about Talon." He typed in the name and finished the setup.
