ITS A JOURNAL
BRITISH TELEVISION PROGRAMMING. PASSION!!! WOOO!!!
If you don't know anything about me then perhaps one thing you should know is how much I ~LOVE~ british TV. No I don't mean things like Monty Python or Are You Being Served and the sort.

No, no. I mean like modern programming.

I just finished watching Life on Mars this past week and it blew my mind. There's nothing like it on american TV. Not that it can't be done because an american version is coming and I will watch it but because of just how great the characters are. John Simm is amazing but this show is owned my Philip Glenister who is absolutely bloody ******** brilliant as Gene Hunt aka The Gene Genie.

He made Life on Mars what it was. Sure it was interesting to see just exactly what was going on with Sam Tyler but that was only part of it. You could watch the show from that angle or you could watch to see how each episode had a different problem and how the whole team had to solve it.

I also have to give mad props to Marshall Lancaster who is adorable as my new bb Chris Skelton. He's so stupid. I mean he's really, really stupid but I love him.

BUT I CANNOT WAIT FOR ASHES TO ASHES TO START OMGGGGGGGGG
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Until that time which is I don't know when I will watch The Mighty Boosh which I don't really like all that much but it's amusing to watch and then I'll look into something else to watch! I could watch Torchwood but I don't want to. We will see!

I just cannot wait to have Gene Hunt back in my life. Oh Simm I know why you quit and that's fine but man Life on Mars was amazing. :[

Oh my God.
Just, serious.
I Goddamn adore you with a passion for mentioning Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes among Who + Torchwood. AND SOMEONE WHO LOVES GENE HUNT - HELLO! Seriously. I just watched the complete series 1 of Ashes to Ashes and I loved it. (I only caught the end of Life on Mars - nearly kicked myself back for missing an entire series of pure genius. So, I settled with the 'next-best-thing'.)

GODDDDD. GENE HUNT. I think he's really sexy in a brute type of way. It's difficult to explain but he's just so dominant and alluring with his continuous obscenities. Not to mention, he's from Yorkshire, SO YAY. I LOVE his character. Speaking of which, did you ever see him on Johnathan Ross? (If you watch it). It was a must-see.

Oh. Chris Skelton? He's the one that liked Shaz right? In the new Ashes to Ashes?

P.S: Was Life on Mars really that brilliant? I'm so bummed that I missed out on it completely.

EDIT: Holy Crap. I had no idea they were airing Life on Mars and stuff in America. ._.
