Mates around cheers are loud
Suddenly you look around
Friend affended runs off in tears
You stand still you begin to disappear
You're crowded by people but are all alone
Feet move, going after your friend
Run to the street there's another crowd
Pushing to see what's so interesting
Look to the ground a car and your friend
Amidst the blood you see tears in their eyes
Never apologised, now too late
All this because of a stupid mistake
